Should I decide to buy EasyBill 32, how will my utility system’s database and current software be converted to EasyBill 32?

CCS would suggest that the billing clerk continue to use the existing software and as time permits, enter the customer account information into EasyBill 32 installed on his/her computer. When customer account info has been completely entered, EasyBill 32 has Spread Sheets for entering the most recent readings and account balances for a fast and easy step in entering the previous software data. CCS also offers to enter this info for the water/utility systems (see PRICES page for cost). Previous historical data in the former software needs to be archived and kept on the billing clerk’s computer in case he/she needs to reference historical data prior to using EasyBill 32. You may need to contact the former software vendor to have continued access to your old data. Though the archived historical data in the old software can be kept on the same hard drive as the newly installed EasyBill 32, this is a situation where the old software/data having its own separate hard drive would prove useful and free up space on the primary hard drive. Again, this is not required, but would be nice.
